BY ACCESSING AND/OR USING THIS WEBSITE (collectively, including all content available through the MYOFALCON.COM domain, referred to here as the “Myofalcon Website” or “Website”), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (the “Terms of Service”) AND TO THE MYOFALCON PRIVACY POLICY AND DISCLAIMERS, WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Myofalcon Website, including those who contribute videos, information, or other materials to the Website. The Myofalcon Website may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by Myofalcon Nutrition USA. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Myofalcon does not have control over, nor assumes responsibility for, any third-party websites. Additionally, Myofalcon will not edit or censor content on third-party sites. We encourage users to read the terms and privacy policies of any external websites visited.

3. Access to Myofalcon.com

A. Myofalcon Nutrition USA grants you permission to use the Website as outlined in these Terms of Service, subject to the following conditions: (i) your use of the Website is for personal, non-commercial purposes only; (ii) you may not copy or distribute any part of the Website without prior written consent from Myofalcon Nutrition USA; (iii) you may not alter or modify any part of the Website except where necessary for its intended use; and (iv) you must comply with all provisions in these Terms of Service.

B. To access certain features of the Website, you may need to create an account. You may not use another person’s account without permission. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during account creation and must keep your account information, including your password, secure. You agree to notify Myofalcon immediately of any unauthorized account use. While Myofalcon is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use, you may be held responsible for any losses caused by such unauthorized access.

C. You agree not to use any automated systems, including “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” to access the Website in a manner that exceeds normal human activity. However, Myofalcon grants permission for public search engines to use spiders for creating publicly accessible searchable indices, excluding caches or archives. 5. Myofalcon User Submissions

A. The Myofalcon Website may allow the submission of videos, comments, and other materials (“User Submissions”) for hosting, sharing, or publishing. Myofalcon does not guarantee confidentiality regarding User Submissions.

B. You are solely responsible for your User Submissions and their consequences. By submitting content, you affirm that: (i) you hold the necessary rights to use and grant Myofalcon permission to use the content; and (ii) you have consent from any identifiable individuals in the submission to use their likeness. E. Myofalcon permits linking to content on the Website for non-commercial purposes. The Website’s Embedded Player feature can be used on personal websites, provided there is a visible link back to the Myofalcon website. Myofalcon reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect of the Website at any time.

12. Time Limit for Claims

Any claims arising from the Myofalcon Website must be initiated within one (1) year after the cause of action arises. Otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.
